Stacey Marbrey
Film producer
Stacey Marbrey is an award-winning director and producer and internationally recognized editorial photographer. For over ten years she has programmed for numerous film festivals, including AFI Fest, Indian Film Festival of Los Angeles (IFFLA) and currently Slamdance Film Festival. Her previous appointment was as Program Director for an international film exchange under the auspices of the U.S. Department of State in concert with the President’s Committee on the Arts and Humanities, National Endowment for the Arts, National Endowment for the Humanities, UNESCO, the American Film Institute’s PROJECT: 20/20 and Sundance Institute’s FILM FORWARD. During her tenure, Stacey was invited to the White House where she was presented with the International Engagement Award.
Early in her career, Stacey honed her skills as a producer while working with Sofia Coppola (LICK THE STAR), and Cauleen Smith (DRYLONGSO). Her film UNSPOKEN garnered a National Black Consortium Community Award and Davis-Putter Award and she was inducted into Black Filmmakers Hall of Fame. Most recently, Stacey won Best Global screenplay at the Oaxaca Film Festival and co-produced Himanshu Malik’s feature film CHITRAKUT, now touring film festivals. Currently, Stacey is writing a semi-autobiographical coming-of-age screenplay set in Australia.

Maneesh Baheti
Founder - Food for thought fest & SAAG
Maneesh has been a career hotelier, with two prestigious diplomas in Hotel Management and an MBA. He started his career in 1990 with the Oberoi Group on completion of his Diploma in Hotel Management from the I.H.M., PUSA, New Delhi. In a hotel career spanning 18 years, he has worked for 14 years with the Oberoi Group with almost a decade in hotel operations. He was invited as visiting faculty to the prestigious N.I.F.T, Delhi in 2004 where he taught CRM, and to the FHRAI Institute of Hotel Management, Greater Noida in 2009 where he taught Entrepreneur Management.
Maneesh and his wife Sonali Anand Baheti turned entrepreneurs with establishing a boutique consultancy which provides hospitality consultancy, lifestyle event management and art advisory services to some of the leading brands. Together in 2014, they also co-founded South Asian Association For Gastronomy (SAAG), an international platform that connects South Asia through an annual event, The Food For Thought Fest.
For over 15 years, he has been covered on numerous occasions by print and broadcast media including the internationally famous Associated Press (A.P). Maneesh enriches SAFACH by being on our Advisory Board.
